The Shop

What’s Cooking! is a retail cookshop based in Norfolk. We are not a warehouse, we operate from our real shop in Millers Walk, Fakenham . The aim of our web shop is to bring you the opportunity to purchase a selection of exactly the same goods as we have available for sale in our shop. Our website operates 7 days a week, all orders are dispatched from our shop Monday to Friday and you can reach us via telephone between the hours 10am to 4pm. The Range

As we all know not everything we sell can be made available for the web shop but rest assured those products that do appear have been carefully selected by the team. We will continue to add to our product range and will consider suggestions that you send to us. If it is possible, we will add your product as soon as we can. Remember when you shop with us you are buying from a real shop.

The Stock

As you explore our shop you will see that we show you if an item is in or out of stock, this status is updated everytime a sale is made either in our real shop or our web shop and also when we receive additional stock.

There may be times when our stock availability is exceeded perhaps due to a multiple order or maybe because our team feel the product is not to our usual standard ie poor packaging perhaps. Should this happen you will be kept fully informed and we will only charge to your card the value of those goods despatched. Any remaining goods from a part shipment will be sent with no additional shipment costs.

Delivery

Currently we ship to the UK, encompassing England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. All deliveries will require a signature on receipt.
